Lugano is the financial centre of the south is busier than other places in Ticino. A walk along the lake’s waterfront in the early morning, enjoying a coffee at the Piazza Riforma is a great way to start the day. There are two popular viewpoints around Lugano: Monte San Salvatore and Monte Brè. We especially liked the view from the train station during the golden hour.
