A most beautiful village in the Alps

Zermatt is a photographer's paradise. There are so many beautiful places to visit. Our favourite place is the Riffelsee. Try to arrive here in the morning to see the sunrise colours on the most beautiful and famous mountain in Switzerland with its reflection on the lake. Take the Gornergrat train and stop at the station 'Rotenboden'. From here it's an easy walk down to the lake with the Matterhorn in the background. Walking uphill towards the Gornergrat you will reach another fantastic lookout, from where you can see a panorama of majestic mountains all over 4000m.
